Site9 Announces New Members of Board of Directors
Portland, Oregon—Site9™, Inc., whose software tools allow companies to quickly develop and launch next-generation web sites, today announced the newly-elected members of its board of directors. Experienced entrepreneurs and technology veterans, they will help refine the company's strategy as it brings its new web development platform to market.
Bob Wiggins, known for his leadership at BLT Technologies, Inc, a pioneer in prepaid long distance telecommunications, Legal Anywhere, Inc., a collaboration software company, and Lake Oswego, Oregon-based Mount Hood Equity Partners, as well as board service for Learning.com, Routeware, and Veris Industries, and Tom Holce, whose many endeavors include founding Kentrox and Sentrol, and board service for Unicru, Stormwater Management, Studydog, and many other technology companies, have joined the Site9 board. Site9's Andrew Mottaz, founder and CEO rounds out the company's board.

Bob Wiggins, managing partner of Mount Hood Equity Partners: Mr. Wiggins is a well-known entrepreneur, lawyer and investor in early-stage companies in the Pacific Northwest. He is managing partner of Mount Hood Equity Partners, LP, of Lake Oswego, Oregon. Mr. Wiggins served as president of BLT Technologies, Inc., a pioneer in prepaid long-distance communications. He was also Chairman and CEO of Legal Anywhere, Inc., a provider of Internet-delivered collaboration software for law firms and corporate legal departments. He has served as a member of the board of directors of a number of Pacific Northwest technology companies.
Tom Holce, investor and entrepreneur: Mr. Holce is a principal of Holce Investments and a well-known entrepreneur and angel investor who has built or helped to build dozens of successful companies in the Pacific Northwest over the last 50 years. He was the founder and CEO of such companies as Kentrox, Sentrol and Mikros, and held senior positions at Electro Scientific Industries Inc. and Plantronics. He also served as Chairman of Seasons Foods, BLT Technologies, Inc., Mitron and Decision Dynamics, Inc., and has served as a member of the board of directors of a number of Pacific Northwest technology companies. He has received many honors and recognitions for service and philanthropy, including a Lifetime Achievement Award from OEF and the Boy Scouts High-Tech Executive of the Year. Mr. Holce is also a member of the advisory board of Mount Hood Equity Partners.
Andrew Mottaz, co-founder and CEO of Site9: Mottaz co-founded Site9 in 1998 and leads the company's technology development. As CTO, Mottaz leads a team that creates a range of successful e-commerce sites while also developing innovative business technologies that will give the industry unparalleled tools in creating next-generation web sites faster and with fewer resources.
